1Privacy at a glance
This site (travel.luminesca.net) is an editorial travel-guide site. We collect as little data as we can. Specifically: anonymous traffic analytics via Google AdSense, and no personal data unless you choose to email us.
2What we collect
- Google AdSense cookies — used to serve and measure ads. Standard third-party cookies, governed by Google's privacy policy.
- Server logs — Cloudflare retains IP, user-agent, and request path for ~30 days for security and abuse prevention. We don't read these as a team.
- Nothing else. No email lists, no analytics cookies, no tracking pixels, no Facebook, no third-party scripts beyond AdSense.
3What we don't collect
No names, no email addresses, no profiles, no behavioural data, no location data, no fingerprinting, no remarketing, no conversion tracking, no A/B testing. We don't run any analytics of our own — only the third-party AdSense cookies, which you can opt out of via Google Ad Settings.
4Cookies
AdSense uses cookies to decide which ads to show and to prevent fraud. The cookies expire within 30 days. Disabling cookies in your browser will not break the site; it will only affect ad personalisation (you'll see generic ads instead of targeted ones).
5Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. The content is for adult travel planning.
6Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA)
If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to access, correct, and delete any personal data we hold. Since we hold effectively none, there's nothing to action. If you have questions, contact us via the address on the Luminesca main site.
7Changes to this policy
If we update this notice, we'll change the "last updated" date below. Significant changes will be reflected in the site footer for at least 30 days.
